We are a small (but growing) family business established in 2015 and operating from the lovely town where we live - Stroud. We service all the surrounding communities from Gloucester to Dungog to Bulahdelah and everywhere in between.

You'll see our family values instilled throughout the business, and that's because we are a family first. Pest control has been the family business for over 50 years. As part of the team, we have one of Australia's most esteemed pest control trainer & assessors, Keith Farrow, and book-keeper extraordinaire, Jenny Farrow. We regularly assist pest control students to gain much needed work experience, to help nurture the next generation of technicians.
Owner & Lead Technician - Thomas Farrow
Tom established Valleys Pest Services in 2015. He has 12+ years of experience in the pest control industry and is an incredible wealth of knowledge when it comes to pests, definitely helped by the combined 50+ years of family experience in the pest industry! Described by our clients as friendly and professional; Tom is always up for a chat. He is fully qualified and licensed and is passionate about his clients and the work he does for them. A country boy at heart, you know you can always count on him for honest, reliable advice and solutions. Tom is also an avid gardener in his limited spare time.
Operations Manager - Tegan Farrow
Tom’s wife Tegan joined the Valleys Pest Services team in 2021. If Tom were asked to compare her to any movie or TV character, she would be Brooklyn 99’s precinct’s Amy Santiago. Which is most definitely a good thing, because what Tom makes up for in pest expertise, he lacks in the office arena where Tegan excels. Tegan is completing her bookeeping certification and pest licence whilst running the business to learn how better to serve our valued customers. She is a hobbyist woodworker and amateur drone enthusiast.
