Our Spider Solution process
1) Inspection:
First of all, we will perform an inspection of your home/property to identify the species of spiders present, their entry points & harbourage areas and whether either ground dwelling or webbing spiders are present (or both). We will likely ask you a question or two about the issues you've been having and if there are any particular locations of concern.
2) Treatment Plan:
The information gathered initially enables us to formulate an appropriate treatment plan, taking into account your home & property's characteristics, the pests to be targeted, and
3) Putting the plan in action:
This involves a thorough but targeted treatment to ensure eradication of all spiders present. We will also provide advice and recommendations where applicable, on ways to prevent spiders from returning or getting into your home in future.
4) What's next?
We'll always leave your home just as tidy as we found it; and you'll find no trace we were there (except a few dead spiders in the days following). You'll have a 6 month warranty in effect from the day of the service (see our warranty policy in Terms and Conditions section for more details) and when the service is due for a repeat, we will get back in touch with you to discuss the next treatment. Our aim is to make the whole process simple and easy for you!
